NOC hikes fuel prices

KATHMANDU: 

Nepal Oil Corporation has hiked fuel prices effective from Tuesday.

NOC has raised price of petrol, diesel and kerosene by one rupee per litre each, that of liquefied petroleum gas by Rs 25 per cylinder and aviation turbine fuel by three rupees per litre for domestic airlines and 50 dollars per kilolitre for international airlines.

As per the revised rates, petrol will cost Rs 102 per litre, while diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 79 per litre each. Cooking gas will cost Rs 1,375 per litre and aviation turbine fuel Rs 90 per litre.

NOC decided to increase fuel prices in line with the revised rates sent by IOC on Monday.
