Hotel Shangri-la hosts “catch of the day”

March 2, 2018, Kathamndu :  Lazimpat based Hotel Shangri-la has hosted  ‘CATCH OF THE DAY’ where fresh live fishes according to people choice in different variety were served in rich hospitality with a slogan ‘Your catch and our chief’. Medi persons, hotel executives and guests were present at the programme.  

Menu of the day includes pan grilled Rainbow Trout influenced with lemon butter cream dressing served with vegetables and Parmentier potato, steamed ginger and spring onion Aroma fresh catch Rainbow fish accompanied with coconut rice and garlic pakchoy, charcoal Aroma Clay Oven baked fresh fish served with bed of soft Indian breads and homemade mint dressing and dessert warm choco lava cake.

It is really a new and interesting event for the people who are foodies. The event is expected to promote hospitality business to another level, said Babita Pandey, sales manager of the hotel.
